Process Technologist (Epoxy and/or Phenolic Composites in Carbon/Glass/Natural Fibers, Metal Alloys)

We are looking for a talented PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST to join the Blue Team to help us find the best solutions to our clients’ most challenging expectations.

The resource, will be reporting directly to the head of the Research and Development department.

• Manage the development process of new products that use both unconventional materials (Composites with carbon or glass fibers) and metal alloys of Aluminum, Magnesium, Titanium, etc.

• Development of the production process with autoclave, press, RTM, infusion, etc. interfacing with the production department and the production technical office and with outsourcing companies.

• Supervises the continuous improvement of the technological process (product manufacturing process), the industrialization of new products/processes.

• Drafting of documentation and procedures concerning new products and production processes.

job requirement

• Technical training, Degree in Engineering (preferably in Materials Engineering).

• Previous experience in the role of 5-7 years, within companies operating in the sector of composite material processing (preferably carbon fiber with press molding technology).

• Previous experience in companies operating in the automotive and/or sports or aeronautical sector is welcome.

• Good knowledge of the English language and 2D/3D CAD modeling tools and structural sizing (laminator, etc.).

• The profile is completed by good organizational skills with aptitude for team work, precision, stress tolerance, initiative spirit with orientation towards results.
