Electrical ENGINEER (EE)

Job Description

Electrical/electronic Engineer who will have the task to coordinate a team for any Electrical Design, integration and qualification of electrical parts on Geven products: aeronautical seats (from Power system addon to seat equipped with electro-mechanical actuations), Galleys , Lavatories, etc.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Planning and coordination of a team of electrical designers to ensure on time delivery for each assigned program.

• Provide support to Project Engineers;

• Use tools, processes and methods for delivery of electrical engineering deliverables for project deadlines;

• Reporting/forecasting of status and updating of KPI.

• Support ITCM, PDR and CDR and any other program milestone when required.

• Audit electrical engineering deliverables.

• Manage regular governance meetings to assign team tasks.

Competences:

• Design knowledge for IFE (in - flight -entertainment) parts, PC Power , Seat Power , lighting in general, etc. for civil and military aircraft product applications as well as the ability to provide guidance for the design of aircraft systems such as electrical wiring, general electrical systems, installations, block diagrams and similar activities.

• Knowledge of 3D design software such as ProE , SolidWorks 2008, Catia V5, and AutoCAD

• Knowledge of aeronautical electrical design and qualification regulations.

• Minimum 1 year work experience in the aeronautical field.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

• Knowledge of 3D design software such as ProE , SolidWorks 2008, Catia V5, and AutoCAD preferred ThinkDesign Think3D

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
